I had the same problem once. I had replaced starter and as soon as car would warm up, it wouldnt start. turns out , i had replaced starter with a rebuilt one(lifetime guarantee however), it had been bench tested after being rebuilt while cold naturally, so It seemed to work fine in the shop. some starters after time become 'heat sensitive', so they work fine when cold. after i replaced my starter with a new one it worked just fine.
