2002 Silverado a/c compressor turns on when Re-Circulate Button Pushed
This drive me nuts.  When I push the re-circulate button on my control selector, the a/c compressor kicks on. I checked my buddy's truck and his don't do it. I have a book for the truck, but can not find it.  Can somebody who has a book for a 2002 Silverado Z71 check and see it the a/c compressor is controled by the PCM or the BCM. I don't think the heater control selector is the problem, because all functions work correctly except for that one glitch.
